Before entering real estate, Alicia built over a decade of experience in the financial sector with the Bank of Mexico and ING Insurance, where she developed a solid understanding of the mortgage and lending landscape. This experience allows her to guide clients with clarity through the financial side of every transaction.

She later spent 15 years in the Canadian manufacturing industry as a design engineer and purchasing manager for two leading furniture manufacturers generating more than $50 million in annual sales. In this role she managed forecasting, production scheduling, logistics and supplier negotiations with partners in Italy, China, Uruguay, the United States and Mexico, sharpening her negotiation skills and strategic thinking.

Her work in engineering, furniture development and pattern design also shaped a deep passion for interior design. After studying at the Montreal Institute of Design, Alicia developed expertise in fabric pattern creation and gained extensive experience working with a wide range of textures, materials and finishes. This background gives her a refined eye for design, proportion and spatial potential, an advantage when helping clients envision the possibilities within a home.
