Taylor Linthorne

Taylor moved to the Collingwood area at the age of 12 and has grown up in the area since. Even before making the move, Taylor spent winters in The Blue Mountains skiing with family and friends. Growing up, she discovered her love for what Collingwood and the surrounding area has to offer. When not hard at work, Taylor can be found in the company of her horse, taking in the beautiful landscape of Singhampton or spending time at her cottage in Haliburton. As an active competitor in the equestrian scene, Taylor was exposed to various rural and farm properties allowing her to develop a unique understanding of their characteristics.

As a Marketing Management honours graduate from the University of Guelph, Taylor was able to develop the skills necessary to understand, communicate and convey the value of a client’s product. Her education and exposure in marketing has kept her connected to new and relevant digital channels. Taylor is consistently up to date on emerging trends in social media to ensure her clients benefit from various platforms. These abilities, combined with many years in the customer service industry, have molded her passion for Real Estate.

Throughout her previous years in Real Estate, Taylor has made providing exceptional service her main priority with a desire and drive to create positive and memorable experiences that will translate into lasting relationships. She is devoted to sharing her appreciation and knowledge for where she grew up, and supporting her clients throughout their home buying or selling process.

Taylor has joined the Elliston & Smith Team - experienced and knowledgeable agents with a combined 20 years in the Real Estate field.
