Brian did a great job for us. Selling a water access property is always more work than selling other properties. We had a lot of viewings, (more than I would have expected) and he fielded even more phone inquiries. Very demanding project given that it was an island lot and in a Northern jurisdiction unfamiliar to us. Alot of moving parts with builder and demands by township and utility providers, and thus some delays and unforeseen issues. However, Agent Bryan was very educated on the area and was able to provide us with many offers, which was great from him, but unfortunately we had to wait til proper offer because of issues with brought on by us the vendors.
