We chose Julia after a Google search of realtors in Collingwood and she was the first to respond to our request for assistance in finding a property. Julia immediately identified our requirements and was very quick to identify suitable properties and to maintain regular contact with us in the UK prior to our Xmas visit to Collingwood for viewings.
The inspection visit was very successful mainly because Julia had been able to organize viewings of potential properties in a timely and efficient manner. We were able to purchase a suitable property and she was excellent in explaining the process and supporting us through the different stages of the purchase. My partner and I were looking for a condo in the Collingwood area to use as our "cottage". We were paired with Julia and I'm so happy we were. Julia met all of our needs. We told her what we had in mind, how much we wanted to spend and she spent countless hours helping us find just the right place for us. We called her out of the blue one Sunday afternoon and she immediately responded and facilitated the showing of a condo. We found her ability and commitment to being available at all hours and on short notice extremely helpful as my husband and I were only in Canada for a couple weeks and wanted to have a sense of what was available in the Collingwood area.
