Sarah and I had been looking for the right Toronto apartment for well over a year, and had been so discouraged that we had effectively given up. Good thing we gave it a last try, and that Trish was our agent. Trish understood our requirements, which were old-fashioned—solid walls, enough with the glass, with the condos that will be tomorrow’s ghettoes, and we like to walk and spend a good deal of time outside, please—and possibly unrealistically stringent. Trish understood, and was (not without a sense of humour) personable, unflappable, hard-working throughout—and within a few weeks, successful. We are now very contentedly in just the right place and, Trish offering sensible and prudent advice, also purchased very reasonably.
