Shiva comes from a long family tradition in Real Estate development and sales. A dual citizen of Italy and Canada, she founded Leonardo Commercial Brokers in Dubai (UAE)in 2006 and was involved in the acquisition of land and the sale of commercial and residential real estate alongside her two brothers and her father. While her family keeps developing realty on an international level, Shiva is passionate about helping individual buyers and investors grow their residential portfolio. Shiva's values of tradition, loyalty and excellence closely align with the brand. She looks forward to continuing to help her clients in their real estate investment goals. Currently Shiva lives in Casa Loma, Toronto with her son and she’s fluent in English, French, Italian, German and Farsi.
