I believe neighbourhoods and their properties speak to or draw particular people. Real Estate Agents should recognized and understand the story that the property tells within its neighbourhood, then be able to put that story in front of the buyer it would attract. Shelley has a masterful handle on this.
She is also a skilled salesperson with a high degree of integrity which is probably why she garners respect from her industry colleagues (demonstrated by their punctuality, communication, and level of engagement). In our opinion Shelley handled the negotiation of the sale of our condo with the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, and compassion for both of the competing buyers and of course for my husband and I, her clients.
