David is both an accomplished realtor and lawyer. He brings a unique and valuable skill-set to any transaction, providing prompt, practical service. With a passion for real estate sales and development, David is very congenial and works incredibly hard for his clients. In his spare time, he is usually cycling around Toronto or Muskoka. Previously, David spent the better part of a decade practicing with two major law firms and a multinational consulting firm. He has also founded several start-ups and is a former director of both the Toronto Island Trust and the Lake of Bays Sailing Club (a non-profit).
