Colin is a husband and father to 4, who was born and raised in Vancouver B.C. While raising his own family in both Anmore and Port Moody, he spent many years living out his hobby of buying, renovating and renting out various types of real estate in area’s that extend from charming Dunbar in the Westside, to beautiful downtown Vancouver. After engaging in the sales field for over two decades, he was fortunate enough to be able to turn his real estate passion into his primary business. He has extensive knowledge of building materials and renovation costs, along with the ability to connect you to various trades if you so require. It’s because he’s been there too, that he’s able to offer you wisdom and guidance as you navigate through the process of investing or buying your dream home. He knows what buyers and sellers expect and deserve, having been there so many times himself.
