Bonjour,En tant que cliente de madame Brigitte Cohen de Sotheby's Immobilier, il me fait plaisir de partager mes commentaires sur ses services de courtier immobilier.Propriétaire d’un condo à Laval (Île Paton), je tenais à vivre l’expérience de vendre mon condo par moi-même et me montrais plutôt fermer aux appels des courtiers. La principale raison était que je ne voulais pas payer la commission et je me sentais confiante de jouer le rôle de vendeur.Mon expérience de 4-5 mois a été positive par l’achalandage des visites et sur le fait de pouvoir bien informer le visiteur sur les caractéristiques du condo. Cette expérience m’a fait également réalisée que j’avais peut-être passé à côté d’un acheteur sérieux et que je devais considérer d’autres approches de vente.Madame Brigitte Cohen est venue se présenter, lors d’une de mes visites libres en tant que propriétaire-vendeur. Elle avait une inscription dans la même bâtisse. Madame Cohen m’a décrit son approche de courtier qui se résumait à « cibler l’acheteur potentiel et travailler avec lui » et « respecter les objectifs de vente établis avec le vendeur ». Le but de madame Cohen est d’arriver à une transaction qui rendre heureux et satisfait son client-vendeur et mais aussi le client-acheteur. En retour, elle apprécie une relation de confiance entre elle et le vendeur.Le 2 mars dernier, j’ai signé un contrat de 6 mois avec madame Brigitte Cohen. Son approche m’a plu et je dois avouer que de ne pas à m’occuper de la paperasse était un aspect attirant. Un mois plus tard, j’acceptais une offre d’achat qui devrait se concrétiser chez le notaire début juin 2016.J’ai fais confiance à Madame Brigitte Cohen.
