Julie Anne joined Sotheby’s International Realty Canada’s Ottawa office in 2018 as one of the two principal associates in the Capital. A member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Investment Migration Council, she is well-versed in advising high-net-worth clients and is highly knowledgable in the niche area of residency and citizenship by investment.

Julie Anne’s practice currently focuses on sourcing prime residential properties for overseas clients and assisting Canadian purchasers with the acquisition of property in Europe and the Middle East. As head of our diplomatic desk, she also collaborates with our affiliate offices in key global centres to provide bespoke services to foreign missions. A consummate professional, her global market knowledge, diligence, and discretion are valued by both clients and colleagues.

Julie Anne is an avid supporter of children’s charities and the arts and has served on the boards and committees of a number of organizations, including Starlight Children’s Foundation, the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, and Friends of the National Arts Centre Orchestra. She is a member-at-large of the Elmwood Old Girls Alumnae Association and a member of the Harvard Club of Ottawa.
