Georgia and Tim Wiggins are part of the Sotheby's International family, and one of the few successful Husband and wife Teams with a combined 45-year career experience in the industry and over half a billion in sales.

Georgia joined her husband Tim in the field of Real Estate, when the family moved back to Victoria from Vancouver in 2003. For a decade prior, Tim enjoyed much success assisting multitudes of families as well as several years managing one of the larger Real Estate Companies in West Vancouver. In addition, several years was spent working diligently with the Board of directors of the Vancouver Real Estate board, as the elected president of the West Vancouver division. Tim is revered by many as a real authority is the many facets of the Real Estate industry and is a sophisticated, talented, negotiator. Georgia with a sharp talent and education in Sales and Marketing was a key component to all marketing aspects during this time.

After becoming the #1 Agent at Sutton West Coast Realty in Victoria they moved to Remax. While there, they were awarded many accolades including the coveted Chairman's Club Award & Lifetime Achievement Award of which less than 6% of agents Worldwide ever achieve. This is a true testament of their dedication to their valued clients and the industry.

In 2014, they were awarded the MLS Presidents Award which is a result of consistently being in the top 20% of all Victoria agents over a 13-year period.

Georgia is educated in and enjoyed a successful career in marketing. She held several senior marketing positions with International Companies She finds her marketing knowledge invaluable in Real Estate.

Their Eldest son Sean Wiggins, founder of North Digital, a very successful Digital Marketing Agency in Vancouver handles all their social media and organic advertising. He understands the world of internet marketing and excels in it.

Their YouTube advice comes from their youngest son Mitchell who is a YouTube star with a channel that is nearing a million subscribers and has over 54,000,000 viewings. Mitchell in addition is becoming one of the fastest growing business coaches.
