Gina Stockwell – Senior Vice President of Sales, Canada

Gina Stockwell grew up on the Sunshine Coast, a place she describes as “living in paradise.” Her family’s roots in the area date back to the early 1960s, when her grandparents purchased recreational property in Sandy Hook. Alongside her husband, Gina raised two children while building three successful companies from the ground up. Gina's entrepreneurial journey began in 1997 with the launch of Stockwell Sand and Gravel. In 2013, they constructed Central Coast Concrete Inc., an award-winning ready-mix batch plant. The following year, Gina and a small group of shareholders envisioned and brought to life the world-renowned Coast Gravity Park in Sechelt.

While business was always a passion, real estate was Gina’s true calling. In 2015, she became a full-time REALTOR®, quickly distinguishing herself in the field. In her first year, she was awarded Medallion Club status (Top 10% of agents in Greater Vancouver), a distinction she has earned every year since. By 2020, she rose to the Presidents Club (Top 1% of agents), a title she continues to hold year after year.

Gina currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales, Canada for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. Her career sales exceed $190 million in residential and commercial properties. She is consistently ranked as the #1 Realtor on the Sunshine Coast, and among the Top 1% agents in the Greater Vancouver Area for individual and team performance.
