As Marketing Communications Manager for Sotheby's International Realty Quebec, Tania provides strategic and tactical marketing consulting services to brokers across the province. Tania Deleva is a creative marketer with a positive attitude and a relentless drive to deliver excellence. Her extensive digital, social media and traditional marketing experience is remarkable. Tania’s background includes 10+ years of marketing and communications experience, including various management positions held at Avon Canada, Language Research Development Group, Adapt2me, and Zerona. Throughout her career, she has developed a wide array of essential skills in email marketing, print and digital advertising, social media, and influencer marketing.

Before joining Sotheby’s International Realty Québec, Tania held two sales and marketing positions at Avon Canada. As an Internal & External Communications Specialist, she developed targeted communication pieces for 40,000+ Avon Representatives across Canada and participated in developing effective marketing campaigns to support their growing business. She then transitioned to the Public Relations department where she held the role of PR & Communications Specialist. As part of this important role, Tania was responsible for managing the company’s Instagram page, driving traffic, and boosting engagement, which led to an 80% increase in followers over a period of six months.

During her career, she has successfully developed integrated marketing communications plans, provided overall strategic direction for print and organic social media campaigns, and spearheaded nationwide initiatives, leading to a higher community engagement and brand building.

Tania speaks fluently four languages, loves to travel and has a passion for Latin dance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HEC Montreal, as well as a college diploma in Graphic Design.
