Greg is a self-motivated entrepreneur with 32 years of business ownership and sales experience in Southern Ontario. After working for Johnson and Johnson for 10 years, Greg left to become an Independent Surgical Distributor focusing in Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics. After spending 29 years in the healthcare industry he followed his father Murray Tait into real estate.
His love for the water began as a 10 year old boy boating the shores of Lake Simcoe and Georgian Bay with his family. His love for cottage country moved to firmer ground with a family cottage on Little Go Home Bay in Gloucester Pool. The family tradition continued when he purchased his first waterfront cottage in Severn Falls in 2000.
Success came early for Greg in real estate as a team member winning the “Number One Team” with a National Franchise Brokerage, 2 years in a row (2019/20). In 2021, Greg as an independent agent was awarded membership with a National Franchise Brokerage “President Club” for selling in the top 10% of his trading area over a 12 month period.
Greg is currently a full time waterfront owner/resident and avid boater in Tiny Township where he is always available to assist buyers and sellers gather the information they require to make well informed decisions in their quest to sell or buy their dream property.
