Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kimberly spent six years with Urban Analytics, one of Western Canada's leading real estate data and advisory firms, where she rose to the role of Vice President. There, she specialized in Calgary's multi-family and purpose-built rental markets, advising developers and investors while analyzing market trends, demographics, and housing demand across the city. Having toured and evaluated nearly every condominium and purpose-built rental development in Calgary, she developed an unmatched understanding of the city's neighbourhoods, growth patterns, and housing market—knowledge that continues to give her clients a significant advantage whether they are relocating, investing, or searching for the perfect place to call home.
Her expertise has been recognized throughout the industry, with speaking engagements at multiple Calgary Real Estate Forums and the Toronto Land & Development Conference. Passionate about educating consumers, Kimberly co-hosts The Calgary Real Estate Podcast alongside her mother, Barb Richardson. Together, they simplify the buying and selling process through conversations on market trends, neighbourhoods, investment strategies, condo document reviews, and practical advice for buyers and sellers at every stage of the market.
Kimberly is equally passionate about shaping Calgary's future housing landscape. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Attainable Homes Calgary, a non-profit organization wholly owned by the City of Calgary that is dedicated to increasing access to attainable homeownership and rental opportunities for Calgary's workforce. It is a role she is incredibly proud to hold, allowing her to contribute to meaningful housing solutions within the city she loves.
A graduate of the University of Calgary with a degree in Urban Studies, Kimberly served as President of the Real Estate Students' Association, completed an international exchange in Graz, Austria, and interned with a multi-family development firm in Seattle. These experiences helped shape her passion for city building, urban planning, and the communities that make Calgary such an incredible place to live.
Since earning her real estate licence in 2021, Kimberly has successfully guided more than 100 buyers and sellers through every stage of the market—from first homes and investment properties to luxury estates.
