Evan Haas

Evan has lived in Hamilton for over two decades, and his love for the city has grown continually in that time. Following a lifelong fascination with homes, buildings, infrastructure and the many workings of a city, he started working in real estate deal administration in 2021. Evan soon jumped at the chance to take it further and began working toward becoming a salesperson himself. He is excited to have received his real estate sales license in 2022.

Evan is heavily engaged in his church community in Dundas, and is excited to give a portion of his real estate earnings to local charities that come alongside families in crisis and help women and men facing unexpected pregnancies.

Being a vocal advocate for initiatives that make the Hamilton area a better place to live, including a focus on transit and neighbourhoods that are underserved by it, Evan does what he can to make the city better; one conversation, one action, and one buyer or seller at a time.

Proud to be a team member of Martinus & Associates under the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, Evan enjoys working alongside everyone from young first-time home buyers to seniors who are looking to transition out of home ownership.
