Very rarely do I write testimonials but I felt with the great service I got from Glynis in selling my home I thought I would take the time. Glynis was a superb Realtor. She worked for me not for her commission. All decisions were discussed and and she listened to my concerns. She spent lots of time and effort to advertise my home and to make sure that her fellow Realtors in the area knew how nice my place was.

Every Sunday we had an open house to make sure it was being marketed in the best way we could. The home was priced correctly and was not overpriced. Some Realtors list a home with too high of a price and the result is several price drops are needed to sell the home but not in this case.

When a buyer was found she acted in a professional manner and we discussed the offer together taking in all my concerns. I didn't hesitant to say yes to the great offer.
