Born and raised in Montreal, Torrance Ragueneau entered an entrepreneurial family business at the age of 19. Working in the hospitality sector, customer service together with people skills were embedded in his DNA.
Through acquiring and managing multiple commercial and residential properties in downtown Montreal, Torrance developed a love for his city and for real estate.
