Jackson Thurling is celebrating his 11th year with Sotheby's and his 28th year of successful sales in the real estate industry and is a recipient of several awards for outstanding sales achievement. Randy Pearle partnered with Jackson in 2021 to assist in expanding business in rural properties. Their sales records encompass the GTA and the eastern Ontario counties of Durham, Peterborough Hastings and Northumberland, where they reside. They specialize in residential, commercial, farms, estates and global relocating, operating from their Sotheby's satellite home office in an heritage building at 52 Main Street in the popular historic village of Warkworth.
Jackson was born and raised in the Humber Bay/Kingsway area of Toronto where his great grandparents on both sides were among the first settlers. After graduation, he held executive administrative positions at the University of Toronto and the Red Cross Society before becoming a real estate professional. Born in the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Randy moved to Toronto in 1996. He holds a BA from Dalhousie University and previously worked in the health care field before joining Sotheby’s as a Realtor.
As a seasoned professionals with a reputation for integrity, Jackson and Randy built trusting relationships with a large loyal clientele base that enlist their services over and over again. More than 75% of their business comes from previous clients - and those same clients refer new people to them. They are also firmly committed to supporting the local communities, both actively and financially through various organizations, service clubs and charities. A portion of their commission from each sale is donated to the Campbellford Hospital. With his knowledge of historic architecture and design, Jackson has served as a member of the Heritage Advisory Committee for the Municipality of Trent Hills since 2019; and Randy sits on the Board of Directors for the Warkworth Business Association.
