30 plus years of combined real estate experience has given Brad + Rhys the knowledge to help navigate our clients to a superior real estate experience. We have successfully orchestrated close to 1000 property transactions across the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas.

We are very proud that the vast majority of our business is from past clients, referrals from those happy clients as well as retired local agents and out of area realtors entrusting us with their client’s relocation.

Rhys is a second-generation realtor, born and raised in the South Surrey - White Rock area. He loves using his vast knowledge of the area, interpersonal skills and realty expertise to bring about the best results for our clients.

Brad brings a strong residential construction background to the table that allows a deeper dive on valuations for our clients. A skilled negotiator, he always has our client’s best interests at heart.

We believe in community. We love where we live and think it is important to do our part. We support local and national causes such as Muscular Dystrophy Canada, school fundraisers and publicly funded community infrastructure projects. We can also be seen on athletic fields coaching youth sports year round. Rain or shine;)
