Graham entered real estate at an early age, buying his first Toronto investment property while still in his twenties. His interest in layout and design led him to choose architecture and art history as university electives. Today, Graham has a savvy understanding of what locations, layouts and features are in the highest demand.
Living in the heart of Leslieville, Graham sees vast potential for upsizing, downsizing or those newly entering the market. Historical homes are breathed new life by individuals brave enough to accept the challenge, or contractors offering up beautifully remodeled homes. Graham knows from personal experience the complexities involved in a renovation project. He and his wife recently completed a two-year project on their century-old Grande dame, even having an article published in the Toronto Star.
With patience and commitment, Graham truly believes we can all have the home of our dreams. Most importantly, luxury comes in many forms, and home should reflect the personality of the owner. Sotheby’s dedication to delivering a lifestyle that is crafted for the individual attracted Graham to the brand. He made the decision to join the team of sales representatives supporting the longest-standing tastemaker in the world.
