We currently live in Kitchener but our children and grandchildren have been gradually settling in Toronto. Naturally, we have been wanting to move closer to them but were very undecided about the area of the city that would be best for us.We first met Tammy Masoumi two years ago when we started looking for a new home. I am sure that we were not the easiest of clients because we dragged Tammy through the suburbs of North York and midtown before finally settling on the Queens Quay area. Tammy was very professional showing us places for the full two years. She was always ready to respond to our requests and never showed impatience at the length of time it was taking or the number of visits that we wanted to make. Throughout the whole of this endeavor, she gave us the facts that we were asking about but never attempted to push us one way or the other. Tammy sprang into action and ended up selling our home over asking in just a few days.
