She also helped me stage my house, which made it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Due to Sophie's efforts, even in this bad housing market I received few offers in a week after listing the house but I was looking for a better deal and Sophie changed the strategy and patiently re-listed the house and got me the price close to what I was looking for in few weeks.
