As Regional Director, Scott Bryant is responsible for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada’s growth and operations in Atlantic Canada.
Scott has more than 20 years of leadership experience in both the financial services sector and the real estate industry. He has held leadership roles, such as District Sales Manager, Atlantic Canada, Scotiabank, Vice-President of Premiere Mortgage Centre, and President of Mortgage Centre Advantage. Most recently, he has spent the past five years as President of Bryant Realty Atlantic, overseeing the operations of the firm.
Throughout his career, he has provided strategic consulting, managed complex business operations, and recruited and mentored accomplished sales forces while developing and maintaining sustainable relationships. Scott is an instinctive leader who reaps personal fulfillment in helping others tap into their inner excellence. He is defined by his strong family values, superior work ethic and integrity-driven competitive nature which excels and motivates those around him.
Scott was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He studied Psychology at Dalhousie University prior to working as a program assistant in Special Education for the Halifax Regional School board. He is an accomplished athlete, excelling at hockey, soccer, volleyball, and golf and has coached youth sports for more than 15 years while volunteering to numerous charitable organizations. Scott is a proud husband to Angie and a father to three smart and accomplished children.
