Oliver brings more than 26 years of sales and business experience, including 14 years in luxury real estate across Toronto, London’s Marylebone and Mayfair, and Dubai. Born in Central London, he now calls Toronto home and offers clients an international perspective, strong negotiation skills, and a thoughtful, service-focused approach.

Toronto has been part of Oliver’s life since childhood. His father moved to the city when Oliver was 10, and regular visits over the years gave him a lasting familiarity with Toronto’s neighbourhoods and real estate landscape.

Before entering real estate, Oliver worked as a chef in the UK and later founded and directed Fruition Events Limited, an events marketing company supporting major festivals and trade shows. These experiences strengthened his discipline, creativity, attention to detail, leadership, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

Oliver also brings valuable hands-on renovation experience. He personally completed a back-to-the-studs renovation of a downtown Toronto condominium, including changing the layout and resolving significant construction issues. He also renovated a property in Greenwich, London, giving him practical insight into the planning, costs, trades, and coordination involved in property improvements.

This experience allows Oliver to offer informed guidance to buyers considering renovations and to help sellers arrange minor improvements or trades before listing.
