A born entrepreneur who lives for the hunt, Miro’s real estate journey owes its origins to academia; Miro majored in Economics at the University of Waterloo in Ontario (where he also played quarterback for the school’s renown varsity program) before graduating in 2004 with honours.
Miro would go on to forge a fruitful career in high-end real estate, all the while honing his skills by studying the science of investing and the nuances of the markets in which he now specializes — single-family homes, investment properties and luxury condominiums in Toronto and Halton’s storied Niagara region.
Today, it’s his love for the job and penchant for negotiation that’s helped Miro cement his place among Sotheby’s class of real estate professionals. He spots financial trends from miles away, relays what’s critical to his clients with quickness, clarity and ease, and is unwavering in his mission to serve — all of which have seen him through nearly a decade’s worth of rewarding real estate work.
His contributions behind the scenes to his retail investment groups — like in helping curate strategic locations — were as invaluable as his infectious passion. These brands carry household names in the Toronto arena, a niche to which Miro’s no neophyte thanks to his eye for style (count the iconic architecture of Frank Loyd Wright and I.M. Pei among his passions, too).
Currently, Miro lives with his wife and two daughters in Etobicoke, not far from the heart of Toronto. A place where he and his family have planted seeds and plan to grow for the years to come. His daily commute to the Kingsway Branch is a short jog for most and can only further his bond to serve his community.
