As a serial entrepreneur, Maryrose has an extensive background that includes working as one of the first women on the trading floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange, subsequently as an investment advisor with Merrill Lynch, and later as the owner of Prime Custom Homes, a bespoke design/build company. An avid art collector with a keen eye for interior design, Maryrose has designed and built luxury residences in some of Toronto’s most exclusive neighbourhoods, including Moore Park, Deer Park & Lawrence Park. More recently, Maryrose also owns and runs the luxury cottage rental company Muskoka District Rentals (MDR) in Port Carling as a compliment to her real estate practice as a Senior Vice President Sales for Sotheby's International Realty Canada.
