A personal message
In 2020 my husband and I bought a home in The Blue Mountains area. It was, like most
people at the time, an unplanned move. We hadn’t expected to leave our home in the
city, but we needed more space and an escape to nature. Our intention was always to
move back full-time when the pandemic was over. For the first year, I worked both the
Toronto and Collingwood/Blue Mountains markets. Serving clients in both places and
going back and forth. It was rewarding but also taxing. I quickly realized that I wanted to
put more emphasis on Blue Mountains area. To do that and fully service my expanding
client base, I needed to join the local Lakelands Association of Realtors Board. I did, and
so much positive change has come since then.
At the beginning of 2022, we made the decision that living in Blue Mountains wasn’t
going to be temporary or part-time, we’d fallen in love with the area, the community, and
the lifestyle. My business began expanding quickly and I felt a new energy I hadn’t felt
in years. Soon after that saw the formation of a new partnership with Sotheby’s real estate
advisor Kevin McLoughlin. The formation of Kevin & Kerri-Ann Associates has been one
of the best business decisions I have been a part of. Our collective 25 years of real
estate knowledge have proven invaluable to our clients. We also bring a wealth of area
knowledge and insight. We compliment each other’s work styles and ethic. Great things
lay ahead, and we look forward to servicing our clients for years to come.
With continued access to the Toronto Real Estate Board and with a network of past
clients, contacts, and a large agent/broker network throughout the GTA, we provide the
unique ability to market our clients’ homes beyond the scope of the local market. This
provides a crucial advantage to our clients.
In my downtime, you’ll find my husband, Kyle, and I skiing, golfing, hiking, biking, and
hanging out with our 2 dogs, Beni & Maggie. We are active community members and
enjoy taking in local events and exploring the surrounding areas. We are members of
the Georgian Bay Golf Club & Craigleith Ski Club. We look forward to many years of
memories in the area.
Thank you for your continued support.
