Before we even began the project of selling my late aunt's home, we knew that we had the right person to do the job. Kendra had assisted my daughter (son-in-law) and my son (and his girlfriend) in the purchase of their homes. They spoke so highly of her work ethic, her integrity and kindness that we knew that selecting her was a no-brainer. We initially met with Kendra on Thursday May 16th (with her lovely assistant Eva) to discuss our objectives and give her as much information as possible. She then said that she would do her research on the area and the market values; she said she would get back to me during the May long weekend - which she did from her cottage! She gave us a range to expect, which was much higher than we thought. (We had to clean up the house in the meantime) We then met with Kendra and Eva on Monday June 17th to discuss a game plan on how we should approach the sale of the house based upon her knowledge and experience. Action was to start on July 2nd and finish on July 9th according to her plan. WOW - one week! Well, all happened according to plan (60 interested parties going through the home, 12 offers made by July 9th!!) and we exceeded the top of her forecasted threshold (which shows how good her front end research was). We cannot say enough good things about both Kendra and Eva. They work hard and they do a great job. I know that if I ever need a real estate broker in the future, I will be going right back to them.
