Since I had never in my wildest dreams thought I would ever be able to own my own home I had absolutely zero knowledge of what the whole procedure entailed. Suddenly I was in the position to buy a house & started to look at listings & fill out online forms. That’s how I met Joseph. He walked me through the real estate maze & showed me what I could REALLY afford. He found out what I wanted & showed me things I would never have asked to see if I was doing this solo. All this with no contract & no time frame as to when I would actually be able to buy. At one point poor Joseph was getting emails of listings from me several times a day.
