About Joe Battrick

Educated in Graphic Design in the late 80’s, Joe quickly transitioned from student to owner/operator of
a number of Graphic Design Studios and Sign Shops. Success therein allowed him to pursue his passion
of both Motorsport and Aviation. Before long, the Motorsport hobby turned into a profession with national
and international success culminating in 2004 as Canadian Rally Racer of the Year Nominee and top
three finalist.
After retirement from racing, Joe consecutively worked in the film industry as a Stunt and Precision Driver
and as a Driver Training Officer for First Response, Law Enforcement and Protective Service Details.
Ultimately, Joe made the decision to make one final career change.
“With a wife and two young boy’s at home, I looked for something that would keep me close to family and
have me home for dinner every night.”
When he looked at Real Estate he was pleasantly surprised with the realization that his life experience to
date had seemingly groomed him for a career in Real Estate.
My passion for design has always extended into interior design and architecture. My time on track and in
front of the camera was marketing focused and gave me no shortage of experience performing in a high
stress, high speed, precise decision making atmosphere.
In my years as a Driver Training Officer for First Response, Law Enforcement and PSD I literally spent as
much time in a classroom receiving training as I did at the head of the class and on course as Training
Officer.
My education in conflict resolution, emergency management and security, critical thinking communication,
negotiations and mediation are all very valuable tools that well equip me in assisting clients, negotiating
one of the most important transactions of their life, Purchasing or Selling a Home.
Be It a Condo, Townhome, Single Family, Luxury or Land Development, I am there 24/7 to guide buyers
and sellers through the ever more complicated world of the Real Estate process.
