'Spy Cider House & Distillery' is located in the heart of The Blue Mountains. Just minutes from Collingwood, Thornbury and Blue Mountain Resort the farm has sweeping vistas of Georgian Bay and surrounding escarpment hills. Along with the 78 acre estate this turn-key opportunity is accompanied by a thriving trademarked brand of both premium craft ciders and distillates. The modern and welcoming 3000 square foot production and retail building has an open concept feel that was built in 2019. No expense was spared during the construction with the inclusion of geothermal heating cooling. The retail space is located on the main floor with views of production area to allow customers to feel submersed and connected to the products on offer. The farm has 7 acres of newly planted European cider varietals along with approximately 20 acres of heritage culinary varietals. These, along with other production equipment and locally sourced fruit facilitate in the creation of the estates distinctive craft ciders.
