Born in South Korea, Harley moved to Victoria at the age of 16. During his teen years he quickly came to realize the difficulties of building a new life in a new country. With his diverse background and optimistic personality he has worked hard to become the person he is today – a dedicated, diligent person who is passionate about life and building new friendships.

In his post- secondary, he has studied hospitality; with his background Harley has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 15 years. Currently he is an owner of a local coffee shop in the heart of downtown, Victoria.

Being a husband to a wonderful wife and a father of three beautiful girls, he tries to understand the needs of families. Victoria has been growing as a family friendly town, and with his future clients he is determined to assist his clients meet their needs in their new dream homes.
