Three hours drive from Montreal or Toronto and you’re in the heart of Addington Highlands, you will find this family compound.
The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with unbeatable south exposure views is a craftsman delight. Just imagine sitting on the elevated wrap around deck enjoying the sunrise or sunset or watching your family enjoying the Lake. Unforgettable.
The custom hand built gas fireplace surround is one of a kind which showcases the family room. Hard to choose between the view of the Lake or the view of the fireplace. This fireplace was hand built from collected and hand split stones from the site.. The present and only owners of this property lovingly developed the home and property from scratch. They arrived back in the eighties to a heavily wooded property. It took many years to be built as anything of quality takes time.
The shed to the right of the home is actually a wood working shed for those who like projects. Deep enough for diving in off the end. What a life!!
This is a complete property with something for everyone in your family. Boating, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, snow showing, snowmobiling,
The 2 acre site with 600+ feet of shoreline consists of 2 individually deeded properties which lends itself to an additional building lot. Keep it and build a bunkie/house or sell it. The choice is yours.
This is one of a kind property just far enough away from Canada’s 2 major cities to enjoy the great Canadian outdoors.
