Cristina Corti was the best Realtor we have ever had. Not only was she professional but also very personable and friendly, making a stressful time for us much easier. She always went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale of our house from the initial listing through to the final closing. Right from the beginning she took charge, having a decorator/stager come in to make suggestions on what we could do to improve how the house showed in the MLS pictures. She had a professional photographer come in to take the pictures and even sent cut flowers for a cozier look. Because the market was "hot" at the time she suggested having our home pre-inspected, so it was one less negotiable item to deal with and even provided a list of inspectors in the area. Cristina held an Open House every weekend until the house sold and was exceptional in keeping us up to date and informed on every showing. She also did "little extras" like having bottled water and treats for potential buyers giving her an opportunity to chat with them longer. When it came down to closing the deal, she worked tirelessly until it was complete. Cristina was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her.
