Need to refill your drink or grab a few more snacks.... nothing is a problem when your cottage is nearby.

Fully furnished and equipped, this move-in ready vacation home is absolutely perfect for families or corporate retreats. The cool and comfortable lower level features both bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, 3 piece ensuite with glassed shower and french door access to the private lower patio while the secondary bedroom offers 2 twins beds and its own 4 piece ensuite with shower/tub.

The very popular main floor plan offers an open concept kitchen/living/dining plus a private covered patio up, with natural views towards Ridge #17 tee box/fairway and lake. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you or your guests will need to ensure that your morning coffee is close at hand, while the chef decides if you're dining in, on your patio, or if the 2 minute walk to the clubhouse is the way to go? As the owner, you choose the dates and enjoy a 60/40 split in revenues during the prime season. The rental program looks after bookings, check-in and check-out, cleaning and restocking. Your revenues/expenses are summarized for you quarterly so you are always able to view and evaluate your vacation /investment.

A strata fee of $454 contributes to the cost of the strata's exclusive outdoor swimming pool with hot tub and change rooms, strata management, garbage removal and all landscaping. As an owner, you also have full access to the multi-million dollar Recreation Center offering a large indoor swimming pool with hot tub, fitness studio, spin studio, extensive weight room and change rooms with steam.

A year round resort, there is miles and miles of hiking and biking trails to access during the summer months or snow shoeing events in the winter. The Commons Racquet Club offers a membership or drop in opportunity for covered tennis or the extremely popular pickleball.
