I worked with Chantal to sell my aunt's Penthouse condo, and I couldn't be more pleased !!!! Throughout the past several weeks, Chantal has been there every step of the way. She showed me details of past history in the building to help establish the "right"price to sell. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Chantal brought in a fabulous photographer & videographer to showcase the condo online and helped me herself to "beautify" the condo which made it more appealing to the potential buyer.
