Carol Perrin has been a resident of Niagara-on-the-Lake for nearly 25 years. During this time, she has spent a great deal of energy exploring and understanding not only the unique character of this wonderful town, but all of Niagara’s surrounding areas and hidden corners. In doing so, she has gained valuable insight into the local Real Estate market and prides herself on providing a focused and personalized approach to her clients’ buying and selling needs.
Carol joined forces with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada following an extensive career in litigation and management consulting for Canada’s leading Life & Health Insurance Corporations. Her strong desire to help people and work in her community is what led her to Real Estate. She is a natural facilitator and negotiator, and believes in building trusted partnerships with both clients and colleagues. She is dedicated to a top-notch client experience through active listening, frequent communication, in-depth research and data collection tailored to each individual situation.
Well known for her enthusiasm and positive energy, she proudly hails from a hardworking francophone farming community in rural Manitoba. Following completion of her business studies, she packed her bags and headed East to Toronto where she worked for several years before settling in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
When Carol is not busy helping clients, she loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors and all that Niagara has to offer. She is an active member of the Niagara Historical Society & Museum's Governance Committee, and an avid supporter of Red Roof Retreat, a local charity that supports children, youths and young adults with special needs. She is also Vice-President of the Village Community Association.
