With regard to the recent estate sale of my mother’s Mill Bay property, Brian Danyliw’s expertise, integrity and professionalism were evident at every step of the process, from interviewing prospective Realtors to the closing of the sale. When I decided to sell my home, the Cowichan Valley market was very soft and just about non-existent in my listing range. Brian presented a strong Marketing Plan making good use of frequent print ads and additional broad exposure through numerous websites. Brian is an accomplished photographer and provided professional grade photos to accompany the mls listing. I was kept up to date with weekly website reports, service reports and verbal updates. Brian continued to devote time and energy over a relatively long listing period resulting in an offer being presented while I was traveling in Europe.
