Raised in a bilingual household on the Westmount flats, Ariane was immersed in the world of real estate from an early age. As a third-generation broker—and descendant of John Hand, a distinguished builder whose work helped shape Westmount and Notre-Dame-de-Grâce—Ariane brings a heritage of craftsmanship, architecture, and deep local insight to her practice.
Ariane earned her French Baccalaureate in Economics and Social Sciences at Collège International Marie-de-France before pursuing Humanities and Communications at McGill University, specializing in Art History—an influence that refined her eye for design, quality, and aesthetics. She later completed a post-graduate degree in Public Relations at McGill and continued her studies in New York City, earning a degree in Fashion Marketing from Parsons School of Design. Her professional journey through sales, marketing, public relations, and operations management has shaped a well-rounded, strategic, and client-oriented approach.
Ariane is often described as a “tranquil force”, known for her calm demeanor, determination, resilience, and industrious nature. She values integrity, trust, and discretion, offering each client a highly professional, attentive, and thoughtful real estate experience.
Since beginning her real estate career in 2021, Ariane has worked closely with her colleague Karen in a dynamic and rewarding partnership. Under Karen’s mentorship, she was exposed early to a wide range of transactions and an exceptionally thorough approach to client service. Together along with Allyson, they are committed to exceeding expectations and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the process with clarity, care, and expertise.
