Any prospective Lessee shall provide a credit verification to the Lessor's entire satisfaction. The Lessee shall provide proof of proper tenant liability insurance prior to the commencement of the term.
All costs for repairs up to $250 shall be borne by the Lessee. Should the cost of the repair exceeds $250, and not be due to damages caused by the Lessee's neglect or otherwise, the balance of said repair exceeding the $250 shall be borne by the Lessor.
No short-term rentals including Airbnb or any other short-term rental sites.
No pets unless otherwise agreed upon by the Lessor.
No smoking (including cannabis), no painting, or renovations.
