Over the years, she has proven her ability to negotiate complex transactions across all asset classes; residential, leases, acquisitions & divestitures. She managed portfolios across a broad spectrum of diverse lines of business providing broad real estate industry knowledge and network within the Canadian business community. Andrea holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and held many professional real estate designations. Andrea has an innate ability to capture the essence of people, understand their needs and translate that into successful real estate transactions.
