The Alamito Overlook Tract is 985.9 acres located only a few miles off the paved Ranch Road 169, just 15-20 minutes south of Marfa, Texas in north central Presidio County. Reestablishment of native vegetation, the maintenance of healthy soils, and the conservation of local watersheds have been essential elements to restore habitat in the Alamito Valley.
