WILDLIFE:

Whether your preference is hunting, viewing, or both, the Colorado River Ranch is a wildlife enthusiast’s dream. The entire property is high-fenced, with additional cross-fencing throughout, and numerous electric gates provide ease of access across the ranch. The property previously supported an elite white-tailed deer breeding operation, with approximately $8M invested into the herd. While the breeding program has been halted and the herd released, the custom-built, state-of-the-art facilities remain in place and could be seamlessly reactivated.
