Rules - The Tenant shall not smoke in the property. - Only pets approved by Landlord shall be permitted. - The Tenant will provide the owner with an Equifax report or similar item regarding their credit worthiness. - The Tenant shall not sublet the property. - During the term of the Lease, the Lessee shall be responsible for any minor repairs up to two Hundred dollars ($200.00). Anything above two Hundred and One dollars ($201.00) shall be the responsibility of the Lessor. - The Lessee shall obtain tenant liability insurance for the duration of the Lease.
