Confirmation of this shall be given to the Lessor prior to the signing of the Lease. 8) The Lessee shall provide the Lessor with 2 References and proof of employment within three (3) days following the acceptance of the Promise to Lease, to the complete to the entire satisfaction of the Lessor. 9) Three (3) days prior to the commencement to the Lease, there should be a walk-through of the property. One week prior to the expiration of the Lease, there shall be a walk-through of the property. The property shall be left in the same condition it was at the commencement of the lease, minus regular wear and tear. 10) There shall be no painting without the consent of the landlord. 11) Lessee must sign the rules and regulations of the building prior to signing the Regie du Logement lease. 12) Any moving fees associated or levied by the condo building are the responsibility of the Lessee. 13) Lessee will be responsible for paying any fees due to the loss of any keys. 14) The Lessee is aware that the Lessor is required to sbumit the Lessee's request and personal information to the buiding's owners Association for its approval prior to accepting the Promise to Lease.
