5) The Tenant shall not sublet the property.
6) The Tenant shall not smoke in the property.
7) Only pets approved by Landlord shall be permitted.
9) There shall be no painting without the consent of the landlord.

11) The moving fees fo the condo are the responsibility of the Lessee.
12) The Lessee will be responsible for paying any fees due to the loss of any keys.
13) The Lessee must sign the rules and regulations of the building prior ro signing the Regie du Logement Lease.
14) First and last months rent Deposit required at signing of the Lease, payable to Franco Niro Holdings Inc.
15) The Tenant will allow visits with 24 hour notice during the term of the lease.
