9) The tenant shall be required to sign the condo rules and regulations before moving in and abide by them.
10) An inventory list of all inclusions (furniture, furnishings) will be provided by Lessor and will be required to be signed by the Lessee prior to occupancy.
11) The Tenant shall have an option to renew the lease with 3 months written notice prior to the expiry of the lease. The terms and conditions shall be negotiated at that time.
12) The tenant shall supply one month rent as a security deposit, plus the first month rent at the signing of the lease.
