-The TENANT will take care of snow removal from the street parking entrance to the property. He will be responsible for removing snow from stairs, entrances and applying an abrasive if necessary.
-The TENANT must maintain the land (grass cutting, shrub size and other perennial plants) according to seasonality. He shall carry out the collection of leaves from trees and dispose them according to the current rules of the Municipality of Boucherville.
